Instant Dumpsters accepts all major credit cards. Since all dumpsters must be paid for prior to delivery, a credit card must go on file. Most clients pay online with their credit card.

It’s always a good idea to cover your dumpster with a tarp if it is going to rain, especially if you are loading it with items that retain water such as carpet, a mattress, or other absorbent items.

You can reach us by emailing info@instantdumpsters.com or calling (407) 910-9777.

Should your credit card encounter any issues during the process of ordering a dumpster on our website, it may necessitate the use of an alternative credit card or prompt you to reach out to your credit card provider. It's important to note that such instances are sometimes beyond your control, as online credit card transactions can inadvertently trigger card-servicers to flag potentially fraudulent activity. In such situations, reaching out to your card provider to lift the hold on the card might be the initial step.

If your credit card faces difficulties, be it for overage charges or additional days, one of our Instant Dumpsters representatives will promptly contact you. They will assist in obtaining an alternative credit card or organizing an alternative method of payment. Feel free to contact us directly to discuss alternative payment arrangements or to provide a different credit card for the transaction.

You may update your reservation online. Any changes to orders must be made 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery of the dumpster. Orders must be canceled at least 24 hours prior to scheduled delivery in order to avoid a trip charge (trip charge range from $150 to $275).

If the Instant Dumpsters driver is unable to access the dumpster for any reason (customer’s fault or not), the renter will be billed a trip charge (trip charge range from $150 to $275 based on location).

If a missed pick up causes dumpster to be at the property for longer than contracted time, the renter will also be billed per day until the dumpster is picked up (refer to signed rental agreement for rate on additional days).

Trash can be dirty and normal disposal of waste is expected. Any substantial or material damage done to a dumpster will be billed to the renter. Significant dents, damage to doors or hinges, exterior paint scratches, overloaded material, and items that tear/dent the dumpster are examples of damage that Instant Dumpsters will charge a renter for. The renter will be billed for repair as well as loss of use while dumpsters are unavailable for repairs, so please take special care when using the rented dumpster.

Our top priorities will ALWAYS be safety and abiding by the law. Our trucks have a specified legal weight limit which dictates the max capacity 8,000 lbs. on our dumpsters. In the event this weight limit is exceeded, the Instant Dumpsters driver may refuse pick up until the dumpster is unloaded to a safe weight at the renter's expense. If an additional dumpster is needed to remove material from the overloaded dumpster, another dumpster can be ordered for delivery online. Please remember the initial rental continues until the dumpster is loaded at a safe amount. If this issue causes your rental to exceed the included days, you will be billed for each additional day at the specified rate (refer to signed rental agreement for this rate).

Dumpsters can NEVER be loaded over the side walls for any reason. Do not do this.

If dumpsters are loaded above the sidewalls, Instant Dumpsters may refuse to pick up the dumpster and will charge customer a trip charge (trip charge range from $150 to $275 based on location and day of service). The renter must then unload the dumpster at their own expense and time to below the side wall top.

Please remember the rental continues until the dumpster is loaded to a safe amount/level. If this issue causes your rental to go beyond the included days you will be billed for each additional day at same original price of daily rental.

Please note that regardless of the dumpster height, our delivery truck needs 9 feet of clearance to enter/exit and 14 feet of clearance to tilt (load and unload).

Please check with your local municipality. Permits are often required for dumpsters to be placed on the street and sometimes this is expressly prohibited.

Instant Dumpsters is not responsible for any fines/fees from HOA’s or local code enforcement that a renter incurs OR any fines or costs Instant Dumpsters incurs for following directions of a renter. Renter will be charged.

Usually not, however, the trucks used for delivery including the weight of a full roll-off dumpster can be very heavy. Some renters choose to provide plywood and/or 2x6's for our delivery driver to place under the wheels and legs of the dumpster. Customers can also include 2x6’ driveway protection as an Add on during the rental process through our website. Instant Dumpsters assumes no liability and is not responsible for any damage to any property.

No, not really! Just please be sure to give any special instructions on your order form during checkout. If there are no special instructions driver will use his/her best judgment and experience.

If no special instructions are on the order form and relocation of the dumpster is required, the customer will be billed a trip charge (trip charges range from $150 - $250). Our experienced drivers always have the last say in where a dumpster is dropped based on safety and property protection. Please remember we need a flat hard surface to deliver and pick the dumpster. We try WHENEVER possible to NOT place dumpsters on grass, sand, dirt, or a heavily sloped driveway.

For removal; the customer agrees to provide unobstructed access to the dumpster rental equipment on the scheduled pick up day; if the dumpster rental is inaccessible, the customer is subject to additional pick up charges, and or a trip charge (trip charge range from $150 to $275 based on location and day of service) as per terms and conditions apply to the agreement.

We will charge the credit card on file 4 times the amount of the fee we get charged for any and all prohibited/hazardous materials in the dumpster as well as a $250 container cleaning fee.

Assume a product is hazardous if the label contains ANY of the following words: pesticide, fertilizer, warning, poison, acid, danger, caustic, flammable.
